Monique Forestier sends classic in the Blue Mountains
Monique grabbed the long awaited third ascent of MICROCOSM (31) located in the Wolgan Valley. It was freed by Mark Baker back in 1996 and became the first 31 in the Blue Mountains. She made the third ascent, 15 years later to the day. The tricky route involves very very thin climbing up a 50m vertical wall. Check out the shots of the ascent in the next issue of Rock!
